Inter-pipe tools.

This module provides tools for generating and building inter-pipe technologies in message_ix models.

Functions

build(scen[, config_name, data_dir])	Read the input csv files and build the pipe tech sets and parameters.
copy_template_columns(df, template[, ...])
generate_bare_sheets(base_scen[, ...])	Generate 18 bare sheets to collect minimum data for pipe/supply techs.
get_template(scen_base, par_name, ...)
read_data([base_dir])	Read the inter_pipe data files.
