Replacements applied to constructed IAMC ‘variable’ strings.

These are used in convert_iamc().

  1. Quantity.name is prepended automatically; this occurs with quantities derived from CAP and CAP_NEW. Remove the prefix.

  2. For “Final Energy|…”, use the “Vehicle” (vehicle technologies only) group total.

    Drop ‘_T’, which includes usage technologies.

  3. Replace “Air|…” technology names with “Domestic Aviation” to reflect that these technologies are currently only used for domestic aviation.
